Keyserts, also known as keenserts, are solid, one piece, key-locking inserts used to repair damaged threads or for use in original equipment. These industrial-grade keyserts feature locking keys that provide a positive mechanical lock, preventing rotation due to vibration or torsion. keyserts are available in carbon or stainless steel, in both inch and metric series.

Key material: 302 stainless steel
Finish: zinc phosphate and Ferrocote 364-3 oil
Tolerances: ±0.10”/±0.25mm (unless otherwise specified)
Keys: Inserts with internal thread sizes 5/16 or M7 and larger are furnished with four (4) locking keys

Keysert material: 303 stainless steel
Key material: 302 stainless steel
Finish: passivated
Tolerances: ±0.10”/±0.25mm (unless otherwise specified)
